What is your role at Optical Express?
“My name is Mesha Tanna. I’m one of the senior optometry development managers for Optical Express, and I’ve been with the company for just over seven years. I work closely with optometrists, mentoring and coaching them, to ensure expected levels of clinical standards are achieved, maintained and exceeded.”

The potential opportunity I see at Optical Express as a clinician is being able to learn about new technologies with glasses, contact lenses, intraocular lenses and laser vision correction. Not only does that stimulate me as a clinician but I’m also able to share that knowledge with my fellow optometrists. That benefits not only me, but also my team, and more so the patient.”
