What is your role at Optical Express?
“Hi, my name is Jean Hey. I’m a laser counsellor at Optical Express in Newcastle. I’ve been here for 9 years now and my role involves counselling patients, preparing them for the day of surgery so nothing comes as a surprise, and instilling confidence and reassurance in our patients.
I really like my job, I work with a great team of people, every day is a challenge, and it’s rewarding to know that in a small way, I have contributed to changing people’s lives.”
How would you best describe our patient care?
